Complete Calibration Services (CCS) offers NATA-accredited caliper calibration. 

We can calibrate digital, dial, and vernier-scale calipers up to 300 mm in length. 

We can offer calibration of calipers with measurement uncertainty of 0.019 mm from 5 mm to 200 mm and 0.033 mm from 200 mm to 300 mm. 

We can also offer unaccredited (traceable/non-accredited) calibrations of calipers.

Calipers are calibrated by carefully checking the reading of the caliper against a known reference like gauge blocks (slip gauges). CCS maintains an extremely accurate set of gauge blocks that are regularly calibrated. Our calibration method has been audited and approved by NATA’s technical experts giving you confidence in our calibrations.
