Complete Calibration Services Pty. Ltd. is planning to acquire NATA accreditation for Torque Calibration by the end of 2024. NATA Accreditation is objective proof of CCS’s technical competence in the area of Torque Calibration. Despite not holding accreditation for this activity, CCS is accredited to ISO 17025 for other calibration activities. We hold ourselves to the highest standards for all calibration work performed so customers can trust our results. A link to our current NATA Scope.
NATA Accreditation allows us to service all customers that maintain a quality system, including ISO 17025:2017 and ISO 9001.
CCS has a large and expanding library of torque adapters and fittings. No matter the type, make or model of your pressure gauge we can calibrate it. CCS also has in-house manufacturing capability enabling us to cut threads, turn fixtures and mill jigs to suit any load cell. We are proud of our ability to manufacture adapters and fittings as it enables us to offer the most cost-effective and time-efficient solutions to our customers.

CCS will seek accreditation to one torque calibration standard:
ISO 6789-2:2017 – Assembly tools for screws and nuts – Hand torque tools, Part 2: Requirements for calibration and determination of measurement uncertainty
Standards ensure consistent methods and techniques are applied across labs and therefore comparable results are produced. They apply to a specific set of equipment and govern the environment, setup, reference instruments, methodology and results processing that must be used when performing calibration.
